I am a Registered Play Therapist™ who is passionate about working with people of all ages. I approach my work with clients using experiential play. I believe that everyone has what it takes to grow and heal when given a safe and supportive environment to do so. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
